NBCBC Resumes Face to Face Worship

Beginning Sunday, June 17th at 7:50 a.m. service at New Birth Community Baptist Church will resume with face to face worship and will follow rigorous sanitization practices.  

Please remember your physical presence is not required especially if you are ill, have been traveling, have participated in a large gathering, are in a high risk group, or do not feel comfortable in returning at this time.  If you or a household member is considered part of a high-risk population. Follow the advice of your doctor, other health professionals, and caring family members. We miss seeing you but want you to remain healthy!

Guidelines for Returning to Face to Face Worship at NBCBC 

  • Please enter and exit through the side sanctuary doors only - we will have signs posted on the front and side doors directing your congregation to the correct entrance.
  • Please temperature check all prior to entering the sanctuary; must be 100.0 degrees or less - we will provide touchless thermometers, they will be on the table inside the side sanctuary doors.
  • Everyone must wear a face mask - we will provide if they don't have their own (we have some, but if you have one please bring one)
  • If not from the same household, there must be 6 feet between people (the rows will already be setup st 6 feet apart)
  • People from the same household may sit in the same row with no chairs in-between.
  • If sitting in the same row with someone NOT from the same household, there must be 4 chairs between people.
  • If absolutely necessary, please use the family restroom only
  • The Living Room will be off limits
  • Tithes and Offering drop-off will be in the tray located in the back of the service room.  Please drop –off offering before or after service as we are asking everyone to stay seated in his or her chairs, as our goal is to limit walking and contact as much as possible. For those joining us online, tithes and offerings can be given through website or mailed in.
  • The nursery will not be available.
